Hard or "Rock" Maple. Maple is very hard and dent resistant. Our maple recipe boxes are hand finished with salad bowl oil.

Designed and Built in Fort Collins, Colorado. We've been making the finest wood recipe boxes available since 1998.  We offer our maple recipe card boxes in two sizes; one to fit 3" X 5" index cards and the other to fit 4" X 6" index cards. Each model is designed to hold 700 recipe cards.

Laser Engraving. We can personalize your heirloom recipe box with a laser engraving centered on your box lid. We offer three fonts; regular, italic and monogram. Plus, we have created a viewer for you to see what your engraving will look like.

Built to last generations. The corner joints are glued then reinforced with walnut or cherry splines. The lids are hinged with durable steel pins. Also, we attach a brass rosette on the back of the lid, allowing you to prop up a recipe card while you're cooking.
